High-Pressure Filtering Systems

Our high-performance, post-compression filter towers and cartridges are designed to deliver clean, dry high-pressure air by removing oil, moisture, and other contaminants with modular sizing to match your compressor or booster flow rate demands. Each filter includes a maintenance valve that maximizes air contact time with the purification media, helping ensure compliance with DIN EN 12021:2014 and ISO 8573-1 requirements for breathing air and other industrial/professional gases.

Our filter cartridges feature rugged all-aluminum body and a multi-stage media pack that includes:

• Felt pre-filters to capture larger particles

• Molecular sieve to remove water vapor

• Activated carbon to reduce oil vapors and odors

• Hopcalite (optional) to convert CO to CO₂

To protect performance over time, every cartridge is decontaminated, sealed, and vacuum-packed, preserving the drying media from external contamination until installation. Choose from our ATL, PAC1, PAC2, and PAC3 filter towers and cartridges.

PAC Filter Wall Mounting Systems

A clean installation option for facilities that need filtration towers mounted to a flat surface (wall). Available in multiple configurations (single and multi-tower), with filter tower(s) included (cartridges not included).

Nardi A-Filter (Antibacterial Filtration System)

Designed for maximum outlet air purity using a simple, safe approach: compression heat plus high-efficiency antibacterial filtration, capturing particles down to 0.01 microns to support sterile air delivery—without ozone or UV-C exposure risks.

Filter Depurators (Purification Filters)

Antibacterial purification filters designed to achieve ISO 8573-1 Output Air Purity Class 1.7.2, using a microfibre coalescence cartridge element to separate and remove liquid and solid particles (available in multiple flow capacities).

Dryers

Dental and medical dryers installed between the pump unit and air tanks to deliver consistently dry, odor-free air with low dew point performance (desiccant and membrane-based options).

Refrigerated Dryers (HP Chiller)

A high-performance refrigerated dryer cools high-pressure compressed air to near 32°F (0°C) to remove up to 98% of moisture before filtration—reducing cartridge load and extending service life.

Sany-Air

A purpose-built system for rapid, professional surface sanitizing using fine-mist nebulization—ideal where fast coverage and turnaround matter.
