Compressor Time Monitoring System

The NARDI Compressor Monitoring System is an intelligent, self-activating device that tracks compressor operating hours and helps optimize maintenance intervals. By factoring in runtime, ambient temperature, and the compressor’s air output, the system accurately calculates the service life of filter cartridges, alerting operators when it’s time to replace filters or perform scheduled maintenance.

 

Compact and easy to install, each unit is supplied with plastic or steel bands for secure attachment to ATL (Atlantic) or PAC (Pacific) series filters.

Compressor Time Monitoring functions include:

• Monitoring compressors working hours (total hours)

• Monitoring filter cartridge saturation (exhaustion)

• Monitoring and warning when maintenance is needed

• Filter cartridge reset after replacing an exhausted filter cartridge with a new one

• Reset of maintenance hours after maintenance has been carried out

• Reset of total working hours

• Easy selection of compressor type using the menu

• Energy-saving standby monitor mode after 10 seconds

  • The device remains switched on and continues to monitor the compressor even if the display is switched off
