Booster BM · Medium Pressure

The NARDI Booster BM line are medium-pressure boosters engineered with design and material choices intended to support many hours of operation while maintaining consistent recompression from a minimum inlet pressure of 58 psi (4 bar) to a maximum recompression of 1160 psi (80 bar).

 

To meet different installation needs, NARDI has three frame configurations for the Booster BM:

• Frame P (portable): A lightweight aluminum frame with epoxy powder coating and stainless steel components for corrosion resistance. A dedicated counter-frame with double anti-vibration isolation helps minimize vibration transfer to the floor.

• Frame C (compact and quiet for indoor use): A sound-insulated enclosure designed for indoor installation, with internal sound-absorbing lining to reduce noise and a fan system to maintain ventilation.

• Frame M (quiet for outdoor use): A silent enclosure designed for outdoor environments, with anti-vibration housing, easy side-opening access, and ventilation engineered to protect the pumping block from harsh conditions while keeping noise low.

 

For control and protection, the Booster BM is equipped with NARDI’s electronic control panel, which monitors key operating parameters including temperature, oil level, current consumption, inlet pressure, and outlet pressure. The system also supervises sensors, valves, and solenoid valves, tracks service intervals, and monitors the status of the filtration system for maintenance planning and safer operation.

 

For applications where gas cleanliness is critical, an optional gas quality monitoring system is available. This feature provides continuous checking to help ensure the compressed gas is not contaminated by organic compounds such as lubricating oil.
