Introducing a fully integrated breathing air solution for fire, safety, rescue, and dive operations personnel. The Nardi ONE is an all-in-one SCBA/SCUBA cylinder filling solution that combines containment fill station, high-pressure compressor, EN 12021 (CGA 7.1 Grade E) breathing air filtration, cascade filling system, and filling panel into a single compact station designed for mission-critical environments. Third-party tested in accordance with NFPA 1900:2024, the Nardi ONE’s integrated containment fill station safely fills two (2) SCBA or SCUBA cylinders simultaneously. All Nardi ONE stations include soft start, oil pump, oil alert, and large separators as standard equipment.

A clean, compliant solution for managing compressor condensate. This 12-liter sealed container safely collects oily water from automatic drains, preventing ground contamination and helping facilities meet environmental best practices.

Accessories/Upgrades

The NARDI Gas Guardian is a next-generation multigas monitoring system specifically designed for safety-critical compressed breathing air applications. Includes carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), oxygen (O2), and volatile organic compounds (VOC) analysis.
A high-performance refrigeration dryer engineered to cool compressed air from high-pressure compressors to near 0°C (32°F), removing up to 98% of moisture before it reaches the filtration system. This dramatically reduces the load on filter cartridges, extending their lifespan by up to 80% or more.
Available as a factory-installed option on vertical Pacifics, BON, and BM compressors, the Nardi Touch Display is a 9-inch high-resolution touchscreen that gives operators a dramatically clearer, more navigable interface compared to the standard 3” monochrome LCD compressor control.

The Touch Display’s onboard event log captures everything the machine does as a standard feature. Guided on-screen maintenance procedures walk operators step-by-step through oil refills and cartridge changes, reducing incorrect servicing intervals and operational downtime. The Touch Display is fully NC Connect ready out of the box, making remote monitoring and IoT integration available without any additional interface hardware. And finally, field-updatable firmware via USB means the system can be kept current without a service call.
