Nardi Compressori offers breathing air filling and storage solutions designed to complete your high-pressure cylinder refilling operations. Whether you’re equipping a fire station, dive shop, industrial facility, or mobile response unit, our system components are built for reliability, operator safety, and seamless integration with Nardi compressors.

 

NARDI SAFE FILL (NSF) are our in-house manufactured containment fill stations that are independently tested and NFPA 1900:2024 certified, supporting SCBA and SCUBA cylinders at pressures up to 6,000 psi (414 bar). Stations can be equipped with basic or cascade fill panels that can handle up to four fill banks.

 

Our MODULAR FILL PANELS allow users to customize their fill panel design in an infinite number of ways while also allowing for easy expansion as operational demands increase over time. Add an integrated Remote Control Module to manage compressors situated in a separate location from the filling area.

 

To complete the system, Nardi offers 50-liter DOT-rated STORAGE CYLINDERS and customizable CYLINDER RACKS for bulk air storage and cascade operations. For our Pacific M and MX models, add an integrated STORAGE RACK and supply your compressor with 100-liters of high-pressure storage.
