Valves

Nardi offers a complete selection of high-pressure valves engineered for use in breathing air systems, compressor installations, filling stations, and gas distribution panels. These valves are designed to meet the demanding performance and safety standards required in professional and industrial applications, including scuba, firefighting, medical, and technical gas systems. With a focus on durability, reliability, and precise control, our valve catalog includes manual, automatic, and pressure-regulating models suitable for use with compressors, boosters, and gas storage systems.

All valves offered by Nardi Americas are manufactured to exacting specifications and are compatible with standard North American and international fittings, including DIN and INT (yoke) connections. Our valve lineup supports working pressures up to 6,000 psi (414 bar), with models available for 200 bar, 300 bar, and adjustable configurations.

Valve Types

  • Manual valves used to control gas flow during cylinder filling or maintenance. Available in DIN 200, DIN 300, and INT 200 (yoke) versions. Some models feature integrated pressure gauges and mechanical flow stops for added safety and control. Combination models are also available with both DIN and INT fittings.

  • Manual lever-style valves designed for integration into modular filling panels and manifolds. These provide reliable shutoff and control during multi-cylinder filling operations. Offered with various thread types and pressure ratings up to 350 bar.

  • Essential for protecting high-pressure systems from overpressure conditions. Nardi safety valves are PED-approved, factory-calibrated and individually marked with serial numbers and pressure ratings. Available in a range of pressure setpoints from 18 bar to over 400 bar. Both direct-venting and conveyed (redirected exhaust) versions are offered.

  • Pressure-reducing valves used to safely fill lower-pressure cylinders from higher-pressure compressor outputs or storage banks. These convert 330 bar output down to 200 or 225 bar. Configurations include DIN 300 to DIN 200, DIN 300 to INT 200, and combination adapters.

  • Electrically actuated valves used for automated pressure control, intake shutoff, and safety functions within compressor systems. Multiple models are available with voltage options (12 VDC, 24 VAC, 230 V) and pressure ratings up to 500 bar. Select models are ATEX-rated for use in hazardous environments.

  • To support long-term operation and field serviceability, Nardi also offers spare parts and repair kits for many valve models. These include seals, seats, springs, and other components commonly replaced during routine maintenance.
