Esprit and Extreme Systems

The Medical Technician Training Course provides comprehensive technical instruction for service personnel responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of NARDI Esprit and Extreme oil-free compressor systems configured for medical and dental air applications.

Methane and Biomethane Systems

The CNG Technician Training Course provides comprehensive technical instruction for service personnel responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-pressure compressed natural gas (CNG) compressor and storage systems.
This program focuses on safe handling of natural gas, high-pressure compression principles, storage cylinder management, and system reliability in vehicle fueling and industrial gas applications. BM, BON2, CB, and CM Systems

The Industry Technician Course covers installation and start-up procedures for the Industry series of compressors and boosters (BON2, BM, CM and CB), including proper setup, commissioning, and operational verification. The program focuses on essential service and maintenance procedures required for reliable industrial operation.
Participants are trained to replace the discharge filter, perform scheduled oil changes, and clean the moisture separator to maintain system efficiency and air quality standards.
The course also includes comprehensive troubleshooting instruction. Technicians learn how to diagnose and resolve common system issues, including a solenoid valve that is not venting properly, inadequate filtration performance, failure of system pressure to increase as expected, leaking hoses, motor start failures, drive belt issues, and faults related to the pressure transducer and temperature probes.
In addition, the training includes maintenance procedures for the compressor stages, ensuring technicians can perform deeper mechanical service to support long-term reliability, performance, and operational safety in industrial applications.

The Accessory Technician Course provides specialized training on the installation, configuration, operation, and servicing of advanced compressor accessories and integrated system technologies.
The course includes detailed instruction on the Nitrox 300 membrane system and the Trimix (TT-Mix Pro) gas blending system, covering system setup, calibration, operational parameters, and safety procedures. Participants are trained in the proper use and maintenance of gas analyzers to verify oxygen concentration and blended gas accuracy.
Technicians receive comprehensive training on the Touch Control Board, including navigation, parameter configuration, alarm management, and system diagnostics. The program also covers IoT connectivity features, including system monitoring, remote data access, and communication setup.
Additional instruction includes proper configuration and servicing of bypass systems, operation and setup of the Nardi Safe Filling System, and implementation of time monitoring functions for maintenance scheduling and performance tracking.
The course also includes integration and servicing of chiller systems, with emphasis on temperature control, system protection, and performance optimization in high-demand operating environments.

The course includes installation, commissioning, and operational verification of compressor/booster systems, ensuring technicians understand system configuration, airflow management, electrical requirements, and safety protocols.
In addition to core compressor platforms, the program provides in-depth instruction on all integrated accessories, including gas generation and blending systems, electronic control systems, monitoring technologies, safety systems, and cooling solutions.
