Our NARDI desiccant dryers ensure a consistently dry, odor-free air supply with an impressively low dew point. Choose from four high-performance models:

DRYER 400
The DRYER 400 is a single column dryer engineered for efficient air drying through a multi-step process:

Condensation Stage: Compressed air passes through cooling tubes wound around the collecting unit. This cooling causes humidity to condense.

Separation Stage: The air then passes through a condensation separator, removing moisture before filtration.

Filtration Stage: Finally, moisture is captured by the absorbing substance within the filtering cartridge, ensuring dry, clean air.
When the compressor is turned off, condensation is eliminated automatically. The regeneration phase occurs when the dried and filtered compressed air from the collecting unit passes counter-current through the regeneration column until complete pressure clearance is achieved.
The DRYER 400 operates with a duty cycle of 80% (20 minutes), ensuring consistent performance and air purity.
DRYER D600
The DRYER D600 is a double column dryer designed for continuous, efficient air drying through a two-stage process:

Condensation & Separation:

Compressed air is initially cooled by a forced cooling radiator, causing humidity to condense.

The air then passes through a floating condensation separator, removing moisture before it reaches the filtering columns.

Moisture is absorbed by the filtering substance within the columns for thorough drying.

Regeneration & Distribution:

During regeneration, condensation is expelled, while the dehydrated and filtered air is directed to the distribution line.

A small portion of dry air from the tank is passed counter-current through the columns for regeneration.

An electronic control device manages the alternating cycles of the filtering columns, ensuring consistent drying performance.

The Pause function of the electronic device ensures equal working life of both columns, optimizing efficiency.

DRYER M400
The DRYER M400 is NARDI’s unique membrane dryer, designed for efficient, continuous air drying with advanced membrane technology. How it works:

Condensation & Separation:

Compressed air is cooled by a forced cooling radiator, causing moisture to condense.

It then passes through a floating condensation separator, which removes larger moisture particles.

Membrane Filtration:

Air is filtered through a membrane system housed inside the filtering column, effectively capturing and separating moisture.

Moisture is expelled during filtration through small holes positioned at the base of the column, ensuring consistent air purity.

The DRYER M400 is designed for continuous duty cycles, providing uninterrupted clean and dry air for demanding applications.
DRYER D600 R
Similar in design to the D600, the D600 R combines molecular sieve with silica gel, thereby increasing dryer efficiency up to -75°C PDP (pressure dew point), making this the driest model in our line-up and meets or exceeds quality requirements for compressed breathing air per EN12021:2014.
