Nardi Filtering Systems

Nardi Compressor designs and manufactures advanced filtration systems (filter cartridges and filter towers) engineered for high efficiency and maximum operational safety. Our wide range of filter towers and filter cartridges are designed to purify compressed air and gases by removing water, oil residues, odors, and other contaminants that mechanical separators may not fully eliminate.

 

Tower Construction

Each filter tower is equipped with an additional mechanical separator that spin-dries the incoming air, removing liquids before they reach the filtration media. To ensure optimal performance, all filter towers include a maintenance valve that maximizes the contact time between gases and the filtration materials. This design ensures compliance with international standards for breathing air quality, including DIN EN 12021:2014.

 

Cartridge Construction

Each NARDI cartridge features a durable, all-aluminum body and is composed of multiple filtration stages:

• Felt pads to trap larger particulates

• Molecular sieve to remove water vapor

• Activated carbon to eliminate oil vapors and odors

• Hopcalite (optional) to convert carbon monoxide (CO) into carbon dioxide (CO₂)

 

All cartridges undergo a decontamination process and are vacuum sealed to preserve the integrity of the drying media over time and protect against environmental exposure.

 

Certified Air Purity

NARDI filtration systems are designed for use with high-pressure compressed air and gases, delivering purified output that meets the strict limits set by EN 12021 and ISO 8573-1 for breathing air and other critical industrial or professional applications.

 

PAC Filter Wall Mounting Systems

The Nardi PAC Filter Wall Mounting Systems are for installations where air filtration systems must be mounted to flat surfaces like walls. Choose from five different wall mounting versions: PAC1, PAC2, PAC3, PAC3 x 2, and PAC3 x 3. Filter tower/s are included with each wall mount; filter cartridges are not included.
