Introducing NARDI ONE: The Complete SCBA/SCUBA Filling Station

Designed for fire stations, mobile air units, and dive operators, the NARDI ONE is a fully integrated, compact all-in-one SCBA/SCUBA filling station. It combines a high-pressure compressor, high-pressure storage, cascade filling system, containment fill station, and fill panel into a single, compact unit. NARDI ONE makes its international debut in Indianapolis this month at FDIC International, Booth 5199.

Performance That Matches the Mission

NARDI ONE can fill up to 40 cylinders per hour at pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi). Tested in accordance with NFPA 1900:2024, it meets the demands of fire service and dive operations head-on.

The integrated NARDI Safe Fill (NSF) containment station enables simultaneous filling of two SCBA or SCUBA cylinders with full blast containment protection. The Dual Safety Interlock prevents filling unless the containment fill station door and lock are secured. Airflow automatically stops if the NSF door is opened during filling. Operator safety is engineered into every stage of the process.

Breathing air quality is managed by a double PAC3 Filter system that is fully compliant with EN 12021 and CGA 7.1 (Grade E). The Smart Electronic Control Panel delivers continuous monitoring and complete filling station management.

Five Models. One Standard of Excellence.

NARDI ONE is available in five models: NARDI ONE 50, 60, 60/4, 68, and 85. Free Air Delivery (FAD) ranges from 500 to 850 L/min (17.7–30.0 cfm) and motor power from 11 to 18.5 kW (15–25 hp). All models support 3-phase power: 400V, 440V, or 480V; 50 or 60 Hz. DIN, Yoke, and CGA connections available.

Optional configurations include the NARDI Gas Guardian electronic gas analyser for real-time monitoring of O2, CO, CO2, VOC, and humidity levels; the NARDI HP Chiller air drying unit, and Touch Display interface for enhanced operational control.
