Oil-Free Pump
Flow Rate Calculator

Explore Real-World Air Delivery Performance for Nardi Oil-Free Compressor Pumps

Beta Notice: The Nardi Pump Flow Rate Calculator is currently in beta. For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer. Performance on tablet and mobile devices is limited and will be improved in future updates.

What Is the Nardi Pump Flow Rate Calculator?

The Nardi Pump Flow Rate Calculator is a free, browser-based tool developed by Nardi Compressori to help technicians, dealers, and end users understand real-world Free Air Delivery (FAD) performance across our oil-free compressor pump range.

Whether you are selecting a pump for a specific application or comparing output at different pressures, this tool gives you instant, accurate results without guesswork.

The calculator covers three series of Nardi oil-free pumps:

Silverstone

Esprit

Extreme

Flexible Settings for Your Region and Application

Before calculating, the tool allows you to configure your preferences so results match your working environment.

01

Language Selection

View the interface in your preferred language.

02

Units Selection

Toggles between metric (L/min and bar) and imperial (cfm and psi) values so results display in the format you work with every day.

03

Power Source Selection

The calculator supports three power sources that reflect how Nardi oil-free pumps are deployed in the field:

  • Electric motor (with frequency selection for 50 Hz or 60 Hz regional power grids)

  • Battery4 (12- and 24-volt)

  • Gasoline engine

Configuring Pump Parameters

Once your power source is selected, you can dial in the specific operating parameters:

●  Pump Power

Choose from the available power ratings (including horsepower [HP] for the Extreme range) for the selected series and power source

●  Hz Setting

Toggles between metric (L/min and bar) and imperial (cfm and psi) values so results display in the format you work with every day.

●  RPM

Select the operating speed of the pump

●  Pressure

Set your target working pressure anywhere from 10 to 30 bar (145–435 psi)

Reading the Flow Rate Output

The heart of the calculator is an interactive pressure-flow Free Air Deliver Curve. A draggable red indicator point moves along the curve as you adjust the pressure slider. As you drag left or right, the displayed values update in real time, showing:

  • Flow rate in L/min (metric) or cfm (imperial)

  • Pressure in bar (metric) or psi (imperial)

This lets you instantly see how FAD changes across the operating pressure range — a critical factor when sizing a pump for a specific fill application.
